JENNIFER DOUGAL

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Jennifer joined 3d Rehabilitation as Operations Director in March 2024 following a successful career as a solicitor specialising in serious injury and clinical negligence cases. Jennifer graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2006 and since qualifying she has spent over 10 years as a member of Senior Management Teams at board level for a number of prestigious law firms where she led and implemented transformational changes to help deliver a better client journey and reduce case lifecycles.  

Jennifer is also a member of the Law Society Small firms committee member and has been a member of Law Society steering committees and the civil justice working party for the creation of the Noise Induced Hearing loss fixed fee reforms.
