Jennifer was appointed Managing Director of Premex Group in January 2025, bringing her expertise in operational leadership and legal practice to this senior executive role. Jennifer is responsible for setting and delivering the group's business plan and growth objectives, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to drive our business forward. She initially joined our 3d Rehabilitation team as Operations Director in March 2024, following a successful career as a solicitor specialising in serious injury and clinical negligence cases.

After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University, Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has built an impressive career spanning over a decade in senior management positions. Her experience includes serving on board-level Senior Management Teams at several prestigious law firms, where she successfully led and implemented transformational changes to enhance the client journey and reduce case lifecycles.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Jennifer maintains an active role in shaping the legal profession through her membership on the Law Society Small Firms Committee. Her contributions to the industry are further demonstrated through her participation in Law Society steering committees and the civil justice working party, where she helped develop the Noise Induced Hearing Loss fixed fee reforms.

Her appointment as Managing Director of Premex Group marks an exciting new chapter in her career, building upon her proven track record of operational excellence and strategic leadership in both the medico-legal and rehabilitation sectors.
