SCREENING TEAM MANAGER

Donna is the Screening Team Manager here at 3d Rehabilitation and has been working with us since 2005. It’s Donna’s responsibility to monitor the way in which the screening team agents are conducting their physiotherapy triage calls, as well as managing any complaints and ensuring SLAs are adhered to. As part of her role, she also assists in maintaining a speedy, successful recovery for our injured parties.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys walking with her two dogs, as well as family time with her husband and grandson.
